A. Simply stop by Spa Medical and let us know that you are interested in joining our program. Our team will verify a card on file that you would like to use and you will be billed $100 every month to this card. Each month that you are in the program, your membership fee will be “banked” as award points for you to use at our office! Simply come in and enjoy your discounts on BOTOX, Filler, Laser, and Skincare! The discounts will be automatically applied to your transaction and you can use your banked award points to pay!
A. Yes! Alle is a reward program through Allergan, the distributor of BOTOX and Juvederm products. We are unable to combine our offers with another Spa Medical offer but we can combine them with offers from our vendors! Simply let us know you have Alle points you would like to use and we will apply them to the transaction.
A. Yes! This is a membership program. Our loyalty program, Savvy in the City, rewards patients for their yearly spend. Your yearly spend will still count towards your discount level at our annual events.
A. Your award points expire exactly 1 year from accrual. If you decide to cancel your membership before the year is over, you will have 30 days to use your award points before they expire.
A. Our award points and discounts are non-transferable. We will not be able to apply them to anyone else’s account but yours.
A. Definitely! At our Pucker Up, Mother’s Day, or Christmas Events, receive the discount level associated with your Savvy in the City tier (your annual spend). If your discount during the event is higher, feel free to take advantage of the higher discount. However, you will not be able to combine our event discount with your membership discount.
